We’ll also discuss how to get your manager on board (and financial support if required) and supportive of you completing an additional training or special assignment.
Recognizing and keeping track of your wins, successful initiatives, and leadership moments is an important step into career advancement. In this module I’ll teach you what to look for, how to keep track, and how to best review these occurrences with your mentor and manager to make sure they’re remembered at promotion time.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone of your day to day tasks is an excellent way to grow your confidence and show your leadership team that you’re innovative, trust-worthy, and ready for more. In this module I’ll teach you how to investigate opportunities to lead a project or get a special assignment and the steps to take to inspire your leadership team to trust you with this new responsibility.
While building strategic relationships at work is important, the most important relationship to nurture is your relationship with yourself. In this module we’ll go over how to create ways to share your wins, accomplishments, and how you’ve moved the needle from a place of confidence and humility.
