With 35+ years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world she uses the lessons learned from her challenges and struggles to help other Black and Brown women push through career roadblocks, say goodbye to limiting mindsets, and stand out as leaders in their career.

Starting her illustrious journey as the United Way's first female executive, Dr. Geneva  pioneered public-private collaborations, notably merging two United Ways and raising  over $100 million for charitable causes.
