A 3-day hands-on, intimate and in-person experience, catered to uncovering Emotional Intelligence and Executive Presence, with a focus on the nuances for Black and Brown women.

Linda Taliaferro, host of the Being Brown at Work podcast, speaker and creator of a professionally celebrated signature methodology that helps Black and Brown women master the nuances of corporate America and take their careers to the next level.
With 35+ years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world she uses the lessons learned from her challenges and struggles to help other Black and Brown women push through career roadblocks, say goodbye to limiting mindsets, and stand out as leaders in their career.
8 women will experience and uncover their own Emotional Intelligence and Executive Presence during the 3-day hands-on conference and community building facilitated by Founder and Career Coach, Linda Taliaferro.

Starting her illustrious journey as the United Way's first female executive, Dr. Geneva pioneered public-private collaborations, notably merging two United Ways and raising over $100 million for charitable causes. Dr. Geneva’s multifaceted expertise continues to shape the future of business and philanthropy.
