A 3-day hands-on, intimate and in-person experience, catered to uncovering Emotional Intelligence and Executive Presence, with a focus on the nuances for Black and Brown women.

Linda stands as a dedicated champion for the development of emotional intelligence and the cultivation of executive presence for established and emergent professionals through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and speaking.
With 35+ years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world she uses the lessons learned from her challenges and struggles to help other Black and Brown women push through career roadblocks, say goodbye to limiting mindsets, and stand out as leaders in their career.
