The journal I wish I had

for real! Throughout my 35+ year career, I had many hardships and challenges that could have been handled differently, and possibly avoided if I had a resource such as this one. My low self esteem and confidence would have been fed earlier on, which would have provided that much needed foundation. Successfully handling roadblocks, twists and turns with confidence is what I want for you. This is why I decided to create this journal some time ago and now take it to another level.

It was through those hardships, lessons and trials that I developed the proven methodologies that are shared in this journal. Understanding the importance of both self care and gratitude, which led to getting clarity on my personal self directly affected my professional self. And how pivotal my mindset shift played a role in changing the trajectory of my career.
